Marketing With Alex

Marketing with Alex, powerful stuff.  Basically Marketing With Alex is a mentoring program but unlike a lot of others I’ve reviewed, this one seems to be all that it was advertised to be.

I am looking forward to the next few weeks, I’ve learned a lot since I have been building online businesses.  It’s like you always find out, the more you learn the more there still seems to be left learn.  Or the more you know the more you don’t know.

I’ve learned a lot of basic technical stuff, you know the really basic stuff like: copy and paste, how to get a domain name, how to get hosting, how to get and set up an autoresonder, how to upload and download, how to upload pictures, how to get and set up a blog.

I’ve built a couple of websites and three blogs.  I’ve done some clickbank affiliate marketing, I am an affiliate for a few other guys and programs.  I learned about safelists, traffic exchanges and other free advertising sites.  I’ve done pay per click and got on the first page of google. (this can be expensive if your product doesn’t convert).   I built an Ebay store.

Probably a bunch of other stuff in line with the stuff I’ve already named but the point is: “there is a lot to learn about how to build an online business” but after you’ve gotten past the technical stuff you still have to figure out how to market the business.  Or to put it simply, “find the customers.”

I am convinced getting connected to a good mentor is the next best thing I can do and from all I’ve seen Alex Jeffries is right up there with the best of them. 

Dave Guindon is the person who introduced me to Alex’s program and I need to thank Dave for doing that.  A good deal of the technical or “how to” things I’ve learned came from Dave’s video tutorials you will find them at http://davesonlinevideos.com.
